How to Create an Instagram Collaborator Post

An Instagram Collaborator post is a single, co-created Feed Post or Reel that appears on two profiles at the same time. One person creates the post and invites a second person to collaborate. Once the second person accepts, the post and its interactions (likes, comments, shares) will be shared by both accounts.

Steps to Add a Collaborator on Instagram:

1. Before you publish your post, tap Tag people.

2. Tap Invite collaborator.

3. Search for the account you want to add as a collaborator, tap the account, and then tap Done.

4. Once you’re finished, tap Share to publish the post.

Important Notes:

• You cannot add collaborators to your post, video, or reel after publishing. The collaborator must be invited before clicking Share.
