Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you post your approved content, ensuring it’s tagged correctly for the brand partnership and ready for success.
How to Post Your Approved Content on Instagram
Follow these steps to properly post your branded content on Instagram:
Step 1: Prepare Your Content and Caption
Make sure your approved content and caption are ready to go. Once you’ve double-checked everything, hit Next.
Step 2: Add Paid Partnership Label
Tap Advanced settings, then scroll to Branded content and toggle on Add paid partnership label.
Step 3: Add Your Brand Partner
Tap Add brand partner and enter the client’s preferred brand handle. This handle will be shared with you in the 1:1 chat.
Step 4: Allow Brand to Boost
Toggle on Allow brand partner to boost to give the brand access to boost the post.
Step 5: Publish
Once you’re ready, tap Done and your post is live!
💡 Heads up! If you’re using a copyrighted song in your post, you might not be able to proceed. In this case, select a royalty-free track from the Facebook Sound Collection to replace the copyrighted song.
How to Post Your Approved Content on TikTok
Follow these steps to post your branded content on TikTok:
Step 1: Prepare Your Content and Caption
Make sure your content and caption are ready, then hit Next.
Step 2: Set Up Content Disclosure
Tap Content disclosure and ads. You’ll be directed to the next page. Under Content Disclosure settings, toggle on Disclose Post Content and ensure the box for Branded Content is checked.
Step 3: Link the Campaign
Under Brand Partnership, tap Link Campaign.
Step 4: Add the Campaign Code
At the bottom, tap Add campaign code and paste the code provided on the platform (e.g., 6BN9N2K15I01A).
Select any deliverable slot and tap Link campaign.
Step 5: Confirm Post Performance Sharing
A message will pop up confirming you agree to share your post’s performance with the brand. Tap Confirm to proceed.
Step 6: Save
Once all settings are in place, hit Save. You may see a pop-up reminder about the content disclosure settings. Tap Continue to proceed.
💡 Heads up! If you receive an error when adding the campaign code (e.g., it’s expired or invalid), please flag it in the 1:1 chat ASAP for assistance.
