When Can I Use Vamp Chat?
1. Campaign Chat Availability
The Vamp Chat feature is only available once you are selected or approved for a campaign. If your application is not accepted, the campaign chat box will not appear in the app.
2. On the Mobile App š²

Once accepted into a campaign, swipe up from the bottom of your screen to open the chat box and communicate with Vamp or the brand
Note: The image icon next to the text box is for sending images, videos, or files for feedback, technical issues, or content approvalānot for uploading your campaign content.
3. On Desktop š„ļø

Double-click your campaign deliverable in the browser to open the chat box.
Note: Use the attachment icon to send images, videos, or files for clarification or approvalānot for content uploads.
How Can I Use Vamp Chat?
You can use the chat to:
Ask questions about a campaign.
Request a deadline extension if needed.
Upload high-resolution (HD) content or an Instagram Story from your gallery.
Share screenshots of Instagram posts or story analytics for review.
How to Contact Vamp Outside of a Campaign
For support outside of campaigns, submit a request via the Help section in the Vamp app.
