- Sometimes, the follower count shown in the Vamp app for TikTok may not match your actual count due to data sync delays. If this happens, follow these steps to manually update your TikTok follower count:

- Open the Vamp app and tap the icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select ‘Social Accounts’ from the menu.
- Find TikTok in the list and tap the edit icon next to it.

If you're seeing a discrepancy between the stats shown in Vamp and those shown on Instagram, this is often due to the way Instagram provides insights. Vamp gathers lifetime audience insights, which may differ from Instagram’s breakdowns based on specific timeframes (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days).

What Happens If You Are Rejected from the Platform?
If your application to join the Vamp platform was rejected, this means that we are unable to collect accurate stats from platforms like YouTube, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), or TikTok. Without access to your verified stats, we are unable to display up-to-date audience insights in the Vamp app.
