Why does my Instagram or TikTok suddenly got disconnected from Vamp?

When this occurs, this means that your social account tokens got expired.

Tokens do expire within 2-3 months and is something beyond Vamp's control.

Tokens are like tickets that you get when you enter a fair. When you want to go on a ride (access a service), you need to show your ticket to get in. In the tech world, a token is a special key that proves you have permission to use certain features of an application.

To resolve this, please log out and log back in the Vamp app to reconnect your social account(s). Once reconnected, you (creator) should be able to:

• apply to brief invites with any of these social accounts being opted in
• add your content link in the platform
• (Vamp and brands) would have access to your content insights for reporting purposes
