When you apply for a campaign on the Vamp platform, the process for selection is outlined below. It's important to understand what happens if you're selected, placed on the waitlist, or decide to withdraw your application.
1. If You Are Selected for a Campaign:
- Notification: If you are selected for the campaign, you will receive a direct notification informing you that your collaboration has been confirmed.
- Timeline Adjustments: Your campaign timeline and deliverables will be updated accordingly, and you can begin working on the content as outlined in the campaign brief.
2. If You Are Not Selected:
-
Waitlist: If you are not selected initially, you will be placed on the waitlist. Your status will be updated in the Vamp app, and you will remain on the waitlist until the campaign concludes.
- Being Added Later: Even if you're on the waitlist, you can still be selected later if the campaign changes. For example, if additional budget is added or more creators are needed, you could be chosen at any time.
3. What Happens if You're on the Waitlist:
- Waitlist Visibility: You can view your status as "waitlisted" within the app until the campaign ends. Keep an eye on your notifications, as changes can happen quickly.
- Withdrawal Option: If you're on the waitlist and decide to withdraw your application (e.g., to avoid conflicting collaborations in the same category), you can remove yourself from the campaign.
4. Handling Conflicting Collaborations:
-
Conflicts with Other Campaigns: If you are selected for a different campaign in the same category (e.g., fashion), it’s a good idea to withdraw from the waitlist to prevent potential conflicts with multiple collaborations.
