In line with the terms and conditions each of our creators agree to when they are selected for a campaign (clause 5.5), Vamp pays our creators within 30 days of completion of the campaign. This is our standard payment term. Once you have posted your approved content, our app will prompt you to submit an invoice for your work. You may have multiple pieces of content that form the campaign.
Our standard payment terms apply to creators who have completed each step of the process below. So if you’re yet to be paid, you should first check each of the following conditions are met:
- All content you agreed to shoot on application and acceptance is complete. For example, if you said you were going to post four images - have you posted all four?
- All invoices are submitted for the campaign. Our app generates it for you, you just need to hit send.
- The campaign is completed. If you posted your content early in the timeline, you may need to wait for the campaign to run its course.
- You have uploaded high-definition content. A requirement of all Vamp campaigns.
You have posted when required to post. Did you keep to the agreed timeline and post on time?
Your content is still live 90 days from posting each piece of content. Vamp creators must keep their branded content live on their feed for an agreed length of time.
Your posts include all supplied #hashtags and @mentions. Did you check the brief carefully and ensure all requirements were met?
These terms are in place to give both our clients and creators a fair deal. Everyone has to honor their commitments.
We’ll always set out the critical campaign requirements up front at the briefing stage, so you can decide whether it’s an opportunity you’d like to opt into or not. Once you do opt in, we both stick to the terms above.
We understand that unexpected things can happen (and we are always here to listen - get us on chat), but recommend that you carefully consider the work you take on. If you fail to meet any of those conditions, your contribution can’t be counted as complete and Vamp is not required to pay you. We want to ensure you get paid and our clients are happy - so stick to high quality standards.
Warnings and removal from the platform
It’s super important we can rely on our creators to fulfill client briefs to the end. We pride ourselves on having a highly professional community and want to keep things that way. Completing the steps above will not only ensure you are paid on time, but retain your place in Vamp’s creator community.
If you don’t complete a campaign, upload high-definition content or post when you’re required to (points 1, 4 and 5 above), you won’t receive payment and may receive a warning. If this happens again, we’ll have no choice but to remove you from the platform - which we don’t want to do. But we can’t let down our clients. We are here to listen to any exceptional circumstances that mean you fail to complete. We’ll consider these on a case by case basis.
If you breach the terms and conditions here, you’ll immediately lose your place on our platform.
At Vamp, we have an obligation to act in both our client and creators interests, but if you follow the advice above, read your briefs carefully and deliver the work you agree to, you will be paid on time and will continue to receive lots of amazing opportunities through our platform.
