Brands have two options when working with creators via Vamp. Either a campaign is run by a Vamp representative, who will speak to you in the 1:1 chat (managed), or the brand can manage a campaign themselves (self-service).
If you are on a campaign where the client is not responding, please continue using the chat to get in contact with the brand (customer).
If you do not get a response within 3 business days, please submit a ticket via the Vamp helpdesk and include the Campaign Name, so that Vamp can identify the customer and ask them to respond to you in a timely manner.
