At Vamp, we understand that clear and timely communication is key to successful collaborations. There are two ways a brand can manage a campaign: through a Vamp representative (managed campaign) or directly by the brand themselves (self-service campaign).
What to Do If the Brand Isn't Responding

Use the Chat Function:
- Always start by using the chat to reach out to the brand (customer) directly.

Wait for a Response:
- If you're on a campaign and the brand isn't responding, give them some time to reply. Brands usually respond promptly, but in case of delays, it's important to follow up.

If You Don’t Get a Response Within 3 Business Days:
- If you've not received a response from the brand within 3 business days, don’t worry. You can escalate the issue.

Submit a Helpdesk Ticket:
- Submit a ticket via the Vamp helpdesk with the Campaign Name and details of the issue. Vamp will then reach out to the brand on your behalf to ensure a timely response.
By following these steps, we can ensure that your campaign runs smoothly and that brands respond to your inquiries in a timely manner.
