If you no longer wish to use Vamp, you can permanently delete your account directly from the app. Before doing so, make sure you’ve completed or exited any active campaigns.
Why This Matters
Deleting your account will:
- Remove your access permanently
You won’t be able to log back in or recover your account - End your participation in campaigns
You must not have any active collaborations - Stop future opportunities
You will no longer receive campaign invites
Before You Delete Your Account
Make sure you:
- Are not part of any active campaigns
- Have completed or withdrawn from all ongoing work
- Have received any pending payments (if applicable)
Note:
If you’re still active in a campaign, you’ll need to complete or exit it before deleting your account.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps in the Vamp app:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings
- Tap More (at the bottom of the menu)
- Scroll down and select Delete my account
- Enter your password for security
- Tap Delete my account again to confirm
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- You will lose access to:
- Campaigns
- Messages
- Payment history
Important Notes
- Account deletion cannot be undone
- Make sure all campaigns and payments are completed before proceeding

If you’ve recently signed up:
- Account approval can take up to 7 business days
- You’ll be notified once your account is approved
