Stats not accurate

There are a few reasons as to why your stats may be showing incorrectly in the app.

If your account has only recently been approved, or you’ve recently downloaded the Vamp app, it can take 24-48 hrs for your audience insights to be provided accurately from our partners (Meta [Instagram], YouTube or TikTok).

If your TikTok follower count is incorrect within the app, please complete the below steps:

1. Click the icon in the top left corner
2. Click ‘Social Accounts’
3. Click the edit icon beside TikTok
4. Change the total followers to be accurate

Also, should there be a discrepancy between the stats showing in Vamp and Instagram, please be advised that this is because we obtain insights for lifetime of the user. Instagram only allows you to specify different timeframes for insights and has a useful help article if you wish to check yourself: https://help.instagram.com/1407497629635879

Meanwhile, if you have been rejected to join our platform- we can’t collect your correct stats from YouTube, Meta or TikTok.
