You should be able to send a chat message throughout the campaign up until the Invoice has been marked as paid. Once the PAID tag has appeared next to your campaign on the app home screen you will no longer be able to chat the brand in the Vamp app.
If you are unable to send a chat message in the Vamp app before the PAID tag has appeared please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check you have the latest version of iOS/Android.
- Delete the Vamp app and reinstall it from the Apple store or Google Play store.
Try tapping the “send” button in Chat if tapping enter to send doesn’t work.
