Using Vamp chat in the app you can contact Vamp with a question or issue you're experiencing before, during or after a campaign.
The best thing is that you're talking to a real person, not a robot. 🙅🤖 We're here to help you every step of the way.
To access Vamp chat:
- Login to the Vamp app
- Tap the relevant campaign on your Home screen
- Chat screen opens
- In "Write your message here..." start writing your message
- Tap Send to send the message
- Keep your notifications switched on so you are notified when someone replies to you.
You can continue chatting to us until the Invoice has been marked as paid. If you need to contact us after this time you can do so my emailing us here.
