You will need a media license in the UAE if you're being offered free gifts, meals, hotel stays, or any other products or services in exchange for free advertising on your social media channels.

What to Do If You're Offered Free Gifts or Services:

• If the arrangement involves bartered agreements (free products or services for social media posts), please CC Vamp on any email correspondence or agreements with the brand.
• Vamp will not charge you or the brand for these types of bartered agreements, as long as you adhere to the posting guidelines set by Vamp, ensuring you stay within the National Media Council's requirements.

What if I Receive Free Products or Services Without Posting About Them?

If you're given free products or services with no obligation to post about them, you do not need a media license.
