When can I use Vamp chat?
When you apply for a campaign Vamp's chat feature pops up with an automated message letting you know that you'll find out in 1-2 weeks if you've been approved for a campaign.
How can I use Vamp chat?
- Speak to the Vamp team with a question you might have about a campaign.
- Let the Vamp team know if you require an extension/to drop out of a campaign.
- Upload your high resolution (HD) content or an Instagram story from your gallery.
- Upload your screenshots of your Instagram posts/stories analytics.
- Tap the Invoice 💸 button that appears once you've completed the brief requirements.
How can I contact Vamp outside of a campaign?
If you aren't selected for a campaign the chat feature will disappear. If you'd like to speak to us outside of a campaign you can do so by submitting a request here
