Are you sure you’re sure? 😓
As always, we want to help you thrive as an influencer and content creator. To give you the best chance of continuing to win briefs with brands via the Vamp app, we strongly urge you to try every avenue before breaking your commitment.
Dropping out of a campaign you have committed to can have serious repercussions on the brand’s entire campaign success. Both your reputation as an influencer and - we're not being melodramatic here but - the entire reputation of influencer marketing can suffer as a result.
A broken commitment can lead to broken trust between brands and influencers. It might impact your future opportunities via the Vamp app. Considering the time, money and resources invested in you by the brand already, it’s so important that you do your best to make it work.
Believe us, there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes and it can be incredibly hard for a brand to approve somebody last minute who is suitable to replace you. You really are such an important part of every campaign you get approved into.
We’re all only human, not robots 🤖
In extenuating circumstances when things happen that are out of our hands, we all need a bit of compassion and flexibility from those we work with.
Of course, the Vamp team is always here to help you and has a lot of sympathy when times get tough.
Reach out asap and we'll be supportive.
Could an extension work? ⌛
It might not work for every campaign as many are time-sensitive, but sometimes we're able to offer an extension. In which case, the sooner you get in touch the better. We'll work our magic and do what we can to work with you to make it happen.
If you don’t know, say no 😉
When you apply for a Vamp brief and are approved, we trust that you will fulfil your commitment. This is why we give you all the information you need up-front. The timings, payment, briefing details, everything is there so you can make an informed decision about whether you can fulfil that brief. Our motto for deciding whether or not to apply for a brief is “if you don’t know, say no.”
You’ve tried to make it work but still need to drop out?
If you have tried everything above and still need to end your commitment with Vamp and the brand you have signed up to create content for, please do the following:
Contact the Vamp team as soon as possible via chat message on the Vamp app or email@example.com.
Did we answer your question 😎? Or are you still a bit 🤯?
