Updating your delivery details

Keep your delivery details up-to-date to avoid campaign delays 🚚

You can update your shipping details at any time.

Simply tap your profile pic on the top left hand corner and the screen below will direct you to Shipping address where you can change your delivery details. 

Why it's important to keep your delivery details up-to-date:

1. We send product to the shipping address you provide us in the Vamp app. If it's not the correct address it can cause delays in the campaign. 😱
2. Delays in the campaign from a wrong shipping address can result in delays in your payment. 😱
3. Ensure you've got the best delivery address to receive product. If it requires a signature and you're not there to receive it it's usually better to change it to an address where somewhere will be there to receive it. 👌
