When you first log in to the Vamp app, we’ll ask you for some basic information so we can start sending you relevant briefs.
You can access and edit this information at any time by clicking on your profile pic on the top left of your Vamp app homepage.
#Fun fact: your Vamp app profile pic is the same as your Instagram one.
What personal details do we ask from you?
- Your first and last name (#Pro tip: ensure you capitalise these properly and do not put emoji)
- Your email address and contact number
- Your date of birth
- The gender you identify with
- Shipping Address
- The social channels you’ve built a following in

3 #protips for updating your Personal details in the Vamp app
#Pro tip 1: Double check you’ve filled out everything correctly 👌
In your haste to start receiving Vamp briefs asap, ensure you set yourself up for success by filling out your personal details correctly.
An error in your personal details could mean you get sent a brief that’s not relevant to you or that a product we send you for a campaign goes to the wrong address.
#Pro tip 2: Avoid the “return to sender, address unknown” situ 📮
Maybe you’re living the digital nomad life and your best delivery address changes constantly. Maybe you know you’ll be away from home and will be unable to sign for delivery one week. Whatever your circumstances, we want to make sure you don’t experience delays in receiving a product to create content for a campaign.
Pro tip #3: Be pro-active, not reactive 😎
Campaigns can move like lightning once you’ve been selected. We may well be sending out product the very same day you receive a notification letting you know you’re in. This is why we always ask you to confirm your address details when you apply for a new brief.
